3.5 out of 5 stars if I could. This is a fun, quick, light story about friendship turning into love and being honest with feelings once that friendship turns to something more. Chase and Maddie are the classic, known-each-other-all-their-lives friends. Everyone around them sees that they love each other, yet, Chase resists being honest with his feelings. At a family wedding, everything comes to a head and he is basically forced to admit to himself and others just how he feels about Maddie. Some of the situations were a bit contrived, and there isn't really anything new in this story you haven't read in other romances, but it is sweet, and fun, and I found myself wanting these two to get together. What I enjoyed most about this book was the families and how worked to get these two together. Overall, satisfying read that is perfect for when you want something light you can finish in a day.
