I'm going to try to write this review without spoilers, which will be very tough. A lot happens in Up To Me. Things take a more serious turn in the second book in this series both romantically and with the situation Cash now finds himself in because of his father's past. The mob plot dominates this book, with Olivia and Cash working out their relationship as a subplot.I'm an action-junkie so I really liked the sequences where Cash, Gavin and others *wink* deal with the mob, the books and the kidnapping. There is a fabulous reveal about a third of the way into the book, that was very satisfying, mostly because I didn't expect it, and it introduces a character I absolutely want to know more about. And what can I say about Cash and Olivia? I loved how their relationship is portrayed in this series. It's not insta-love in the sense that they just don't fall right into it, and both have plenty of internal anxiety over their strong emotions. That seemed very realistic to me, and I appreciated that about their relationship. Cash is a swoon-worthy lover, and Olivia steps up and overcomes her fears of the "L" word. I just really liked this couple. Alot. I'm looking forward to the third book in this series, cause I think we are really going to see the taming of a bad boy! or at least that's how it looks now.Would recommend this series. An enjoyable and fun read.
